Community Outreach Vehicles (COVs)

Finding creative ways to reach out to the people we serve has always been the norm at Hudson Health Plan.

We’ve recently launched a fleet of four new Community Outreach Vehicles (COVs). These 35ft. long mobile offices will allow us to expand our enrollment efforts throughout the six counties we serve, and give our members more access to our enrollment staff in the field.

Each COV is equipped with two offices/interview rooms where Marketing Representatives can hold private and comfortable enrollment or recertification sessions. Each COV has a complete waiting room and a lounge area that can be used as an exam room for health screenings. We’ve had great success so far – people tell us they’re a great way to stay in touch with Hudson Health Plan and we know it’s a great way for us to stay in touch with you!
