Nurse case managers are available to help coordinate your patient’s care by working with all of the health care professionals involved.
Services to make your job easier
Hudson Health Plan strives to reduce paper and speed up administrative processes. Your staff will be able to verify member eligibility, claims status, authorization, and referral status inquiries through our provider portal HHPnet. If you are already a contracted Hudson Health Plan provider, you will soon be able to register for these time-saving services.
