Great Health Care – When and Where You Need It

Hudson Health Plan (HHP) has been providing access to excellent health services since 1988. We are a not-for-profit managed care organization that can meet all of your health care needs through one of three New York State-sponsored programs: Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus (CHP), and Family Health Plus (FHP).

HHP will help you determine your eligibility and choose the best program for you and your family. If you qualify for any of HHP’s programs, you will receive high-quality primary and specialty health care from participating private physicians and health centers. Inpatient care is conveniently provided by hospitals throughout the service area. Dental care, behavioral health, vision care, and other services are also offered to help you and your family stay healthy.

We also offer special programs for people living with diabetes, asthma, and developmental disabilities. Our Mommy & Me program provides health care, education, and support for pregnant women, new mothers, and infants.

Coverage for Everyone

We provide high-quality, free, and low-cost health insurance to more than 75,000 people living in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess, and Ulster counties. If you live in one of these counties, you may be eligible for one of our programs, even if you are employed, and regardless of your immigration status.
